Fucking With Tower Records

Sunday, October 16, 2005

So I was dragged along to the highly overpriced corporate music distribution named Tower Records yesterday. For a hodge-podge selection, they had some decent music. However, the prices were something they ought to be ashamed of. It is no wonder people are going to Kazaa(not recommended) or Limewire (recommended). At Towers, they always have the main selection of music in bins on the shelves and at eye level, they have CDs to take note of that are facing the customer. Since their 'noted' music was so awful (try avril lavigne), that in the 'A' selection, I went and covered up Avril with some Against Me!, the Adicts and the list goes on. 30 minutes later, Tower's music selection looked much more palpable to the audience. They should thank those damn ingrates!
